Highlights:
It's hard to find an elliptical for under $500 these days. The Trupace E200 trainer will appeal to buyers on a budget. It's simple without a lot of bells and whistles.
However it does have some decent basics like 22 built-in workouts, an 18" stride (which should be find for most user heights) and pivoting footpedals to give you a more comfortable ride.

It's hard to find a decent elliptical for under $500 these days. But the Trupace E200 elliptical is worth checking out if you're on a budget.
While it's fairly simple in layout and design it does give you a few good basics. For example the 18" stride is long enough to accommodate most user heights (although if you're over 6 feet, you may start to feel it's a bit short).

It also comes with pivoting footpedals - which you don't usually find even at the $800 price point.

This can help reduce toe numbness and impact on your joints as you workout.
There are also 22 built-in workout program to add some challenge to your workout times. Workouts include manual programs, 12 pre-set programs, goal programs (calories, time and distance), heart rate control, Watt and Customer.
Another benefit to this trainer is the backlit console. This makes it easy to read your workout stats and helps to reduce eye strain.
Any drawbacks?
As stated above, this is a starter machine. It's simple in design without a lot of bells and whistles. It's not going to give you the feel or stability of a commercial grade machine like a Smooth for example.
And keep in mind that the warranty is quite short - 90 days parts and labor which is not the best. Basically this elliptical would be best for the budget buyer who will use it for occasional use only.

"I purchased my TruPace E200 elliptical with the expectation of using this machine as a nice alternative to my treadmill; however, I find I am using it more than my treadmill!
I do prefer to get my workouts on our family treadmill; however, I bought this elliptical to cut down my joint pain that has been popping up.
I am happy to say this machine has a great range of motion and I feel I get a great workout on it. It's not a commercial grade machine, but for home use this gets the job done really well for the price. "
